Refund and Return Policy – Bee’s Custom Tees

At Bee’s Custom Tees, every shirt is made-to-order and uniquely designed, which means all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged due to our negligence (such as printing errors, incorrect items, or garment defects), we will gladly issue a store credit equal to the value of the damaged item. This credit can be used only at Bee’s Custom Tees and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Inspection Period

You have 7 days from the delivery date to inspect your item and notify us of any issues. Claims made after this 7-day window will not be eligible for credit.

To report a damaged item, please contact us at customerservice@beescustomtees.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once we verify the issue, we will process your store credit and provide instructions on how to use it.
